Our processing centre

As the largest charity-owned textiles collector in the U.K, we are actively working to support organisations reduce their carbon footprint. Through our reuse and recycling schemes, we lessen the impact on overflowing landfill sites by extending the useful life of products and minimising waste.

We receive donations of excess, returned or faulty stock which are collected by our drivers and delivered to our 25,000 sq ft processing centre, where we can accept over 1,000 Euro size pallets and provide a hub for donated stock. Our staff are fully trained to P.A.T test all electrical goods and quality check all textiles which are organised into categories for distribution. Once tested or quality checked, products suitable for resale will be distributed to our 240 retail outlets in the U.K.
